Bunnings Mile End BBQ FUNdraiser

DateSaturday 26 October, 2019 Time 8am to 4.30pm LocationBunnings
Railway Terrace
MILE END

A fun day for Parents, Students and School Staff to work shoulder to shoulder flipping sausages and onions as a massive group of Bunnings customers line up for their traditional 'snag sandwich'.

We are now also running a cake stall, if you have a bit of a sweet tooth too.

A roster of volunteers throughout the day means noone needs to attend for the full day.

Our school traditionally makes about $3,000 surplus per BBQ, which goes directly towards support for students, as we keep all the proceeds due to Coles donating all the produce for free. In 2018 the money raised was distributed across the classrooms for it to be spent directly on resources the students needed in their school day.

We THANK all Bunnings Customers also for their generous support of our BBQ's, plus the voluntary donations they so often offer.

Important Informarion

Come along with sensible flat shoes with closed toes incase of something being dropped.

Nice neat casual clothing is great, but don't wear your best!

Even though we're under a cover, sunscreen is suggested.
