Seeley International

At Seeley International, we believe in helping others by giving back to the community. Our company founder and Chairman, Frank Seeley AM UUniv Flin,FAICD and his wife, Kathy (who is also a director of the company), have a long history of supporting community initiatives. We also have a special place in our hearts for South Australia because it is where the Seeley International journey began, and we remain a major local employer through our head office and manufacturing facility at Lonsdale.

Bunnings - Mile End
Our local Bunnings has been wonderful to us over past years. From securing us fundraiser days where we take control of their Community BBQ at the store entrance; through to their Staff coming to our school recently (with plants and tools in hand) to help us landscape the gardens in our new school; to the products they share with our students; and the extra care they take when our students visit the store to help them find things and understand money. Thanks guys.

Plus, our ability to have at least one fundrasing BBQ (manned by School Staff; Parents and Students) at the front of the store each year has enabled our school to raise in excess of $25,000 between 2008 and 2016! This money goes directly to purchasing new equipment for our children!

Coles - Kurralta Park - and 9 other local stores
Coles Kurralta Park have been amazing, long term supporters in so many ways. Their staff have run alongside of our students and teachers in City to Bay Fun Runs to raise money for our school. They have donated Thousands of $$ of products used daily in school (eg; toothpaste & brushes; cooking supplies; tissues etc). When we have a fundraising Sausage Sizzle, they donate ALL of the sausages, bread and supplies. And the list just goes on. We are continuously amazed by their passion and generosity, which has extended to 9 other Coles stores around Metro Adelaide. A heartfelt Thank You to all of you for your wonderful support of Errington. You revolutionise the lives of our children!

Bakers Delight - Kurralta Park

Our many thanks for the long term support from Peter Bonnici and his team. From the array of Hot Cross Buns, through to breads, pastries and other baked goodies they supply to our school for fundraisers and special school events, through to their friendly smiles welcoming our students into the store.

The team always take the time to make all the students and staff welcome whenever we visit. A number of our students have challenging behaviours. The Bakers Delight team demonstrate both compassion and understanding of the complexities of our students. They are great examples of individuals who believe in inclusion, taking time in their busy days to talk to our students and staff and to make them feel welcome.

Findon Fresh Fruit Barn
Back in 2008, the parents of our student Mia Maragkos were contacted to see if they would like to be involved in supporting the school ... and WOW, did they respond!

Peter and Voula own a local fruit and vegetable outlet name Findon Fresh Fruit Barn and to this day continue to send into school, each week a large box of fruit, ensuring that all students can access a piece of fruit each day, supporting our healthy eating progrect promoted in all Health/PE lessons.

It constantly amazes us how local small businesses can be generous. Next time you're over near 266 Findon Road, please drop into Peter and Voula's shop to say Thank You and buy some lovely fruit and veg from them.

Colgate Palmolive
Our school engages students to be involved in a dental health project, learning about preventative dental health in both the classroom environment and when participating in Health/PE lessons. With many thanks to Colgate Palmolive, since 2010 our school has received an ongoing supply of toothpaste, brushes and other dental hygiene products to help our students care for their teeth and learn great new life long habits, linked with Colgate's Brighter Smiles, Brighter Futures project.

Rotary Club of West Torrens
Rotary West Torrens continue to play a significant role in enhancing the lives of students at Errington. Throughout the year, their members generously support our school and each Easter they ensure that the Easter Bunny visits the school and that all students receive an Easter egg.

Plus their fundraising efforts have helped us install a Shade Sail in the Primary School yard and they've assisted us secure new bikes and gym equipment for our School Hall.

Our staff also regularly attend their Rotary Club dinners and very much appreciate their long term partnership with our school.

Adelaide Crows and Port Power
Both of our terrific South Australian AFL Footy teams were kind enough to donate signed team Footy Guernseys to our school each year, allowing us to raffle them off to raise funds for school equipment to support the kids. Coles Supermarkets have been kind enough to also sell tickets on our behalf.

Each year, our Senior Classes design and produce their own special Senior Class hoodies to celebrate nearing the end of their education at Errington Special Education Centre. These hoodies are very special, giving the seniors a huge amount of pride. The firms listed below for many years have sponsored our hoodies, making the whole programme possible.
